Earthsan Terraria Nása Character in Miand'Mésvéstell | World Anvil

Earthsan Terraria Nása

One of the oldest Anishans who currently live, she is highly respected and loved by most.

Earthsan Terraria Nása (a.k.a. Mother Earth, Air Head, Terra, Little Blue)

General

Earthsan Terraria Nása is one of the more notable members of the Vetraway Guild. Similar to many other members of the enigmatic and reserved Guild, Earthsan is an unusually powerful individual and some would consider her to be of the same power scale as the Dhavians.

Relationship with Architect

Apparently, Earthsan and the other Vetraway Guild Members had an unusual close relationship with Architect before the Great Sorrow. Especially Earthsan for reasons not even she herself has been able to figure out.
It is said that Architect could spend many hours talking with her about the most mundane of things, from the weather to the politics of Miand'Més, at least if one is to believe her and the Firstborn.. If Earthsan would answer honestly, she does not remember much of their talks, other than that they were pleasant.

Personality

Resourceful, curious, determined, innovative, and adaptive. These are the words that best describe Earthsan as a person. She has a warm heart and, for the most time, a smile on her lips.
She is also tougher than most would assume at a first glance, having been able to raise to her feet even after suffering a great blow, be it verbal or physical. Every time, she has become stronger in her resolve and determination. And nothing is enough to quell Her massive curiosity, that more often than not comes back to bit her.

Appearance

Earthsan has a height of around 169 centimeters and She has deep ocean blue eyes. Her skin is usually of a bleak tan shade; though it may turn to a sand-desert shade if she stays outside in the sun for long periods of time. If she stays inside too much, however, her skin will become near snow white and cool to the touch.

Hair

Earthsan's hair has an ocean blue shade to it, with forest green patches. Some who has had the privilege of touching it has remarked that the blue hairs feel slightly wet, while the green patches are dry. She does not like questions about it.
Something rather beautiful and maybe even more puzzling is that it will be illuminated by spectral lights that range from a warm golden shade to a purple-pink shade. Nobody, not even Earthsan, knows what determines the color of the spectral light. When she is about to sleep, however, it turns into a dark blue shade.

Cloud Corona

Earthsan will from time to time showcase a corona around her head made out of fluffy white clouds. It changes spontaneously in size and it also appears to depend on her mood.
It might even appear to have a mind of its own, as it, especially when she is distraught, will grow exponentially in size and spin around her person in a defensive manner. In worst cases, the clouds will grow dark and become very similar to thunderclouds, that rumble with lightning.

Bosom

"I am NOT flat!
Another thing she does not like to talk about is the size of her bosom. Especially if someone tells her she is flat as an anvil; those might receive a slap in the face by one of her friends or at the very least harsh words of correction or just evil gazes. Most others will remark that her bosom is of respectable size and that only idiots will tell her otherwise.

Apparel

Earthsan will usually be dressed in a white, loose-fitting white blouse or t-shirt. Beyond that, she will wear dark blue pants or a knee-long skirt along with simple shoes, though she will often be seen walking barefoot.
Some of the few Cericorians, who originate from a future era of Mésvéstell, has remarked that her clothing is surprisingly modern (though, that can be said for many Anishans.

Accessories

Hubblescope

Earthsan has made something she has named a Hubblescope, which is a telescope instrument that she affixes to her head with a leather strap. It has a pair of asymmetrical lenses, with the right one being the larger of the two.
She can adjust the lenses to achieve a zoom effect so that she can make out things over large distances, and She has even managed to make it capable of seeing both infrared and ultraviolet light.
Some of her friends say she looks ridiculous with them on, but she does not care. They help a lot with her nearsightedness. Though, she has mentioned plans on getting an upgraded version of the Hubblescope, something that she has given the nickname Webbscope.

Satelite Jewelry

Earthsan has crafted several types of jewelry she has named Satellite Jewelry. Made from silver and crystal and imbued with Her own essence, they are capable of picking up signals from her surroundings that she is unable to do passively.
Her favorites are her Satellite Rings, which she has become very good at making, and she has gifted some of them to her friends, which has allowed her to have some sense of their will-being.

Covinanten Amulet

Recently, Earthsan had some strange trouble breathing and has developed an irritating rash that makes her skin itch.
In an attempt to stop whatever has happened to Her, she received a specific and hauntingly beautiful piece of jewelry from Powehisan. The jewelry in question is a so-called Covinanten Amulet, and so far, it has been fairly helpful; Earthsan has had an easier time breathing and the itch has eased down. It has also renewed her vigor somewhat.

The Uranuum Spear

A few years ago, Earthsan was in the middle of an innovation frenzy where she built many strange contraptions. This was when she began in earnest to build her Satellite jewelry and her Hubblescope. It is also a period of time where she constructed one of her most powerful weapons; the Uranuum Spear. She uses it as a focus for Her more innate harmful power, and it is capable of obliterating nearly anything it hits.
After severely hurting Ozonesan during some tests with it, she has it buried underneath Her dorm room, where nobody but Her can access it.

Family

Theiasan | Long lost Partner.

Nothing much is known about Earthsan long-lost partner Theiasan and some do not even think she ever existed. Earthsan always brings up Lunasan Moonira Nása as a defense of this, since her daughter would not even exist if Theiasan had not hit on her so long ago.
Their partnership was unseen by most and it ended just as abruptly as it had begun. Afterward, Theiasan left and has not been seen since, leaving a broken and devastated Earthsan alone to take care of her daughter. Some of the more far off and darker theories mention that there was a possible fight between them that ended up with Theiasan dead but Earthsan wholeheartedly denies it.

Lunasan Moonira Nása | Daughter

Lunasan is Earthsan's daughter and someone who was born from a devastating relationship with Theiasan. Ever since her birth, Lunasan has been something of a mental stabilizer for her mother.
She rarely, if ever, leaves her mother's side, and while Earthsan always has a sense of where she is, others will periodically notice that Lunasan is nowhere to be seen. When asked about her whereabouts, Earthsan will just say that she is just idling on the other side.

Ozonesan Magnetica | Protector

Earthsan's self-proclaimed protector and someone who She sees as something of a younger brother, Ozonesan has protected Earthsan from possible threats, be they verbal, physical, or metaphysical, for nearly as long as She can remember. He is always at Her side, though he has an uncanny ability to remain undetected by most others.
While towering over Her Ozonesan is an intimidating figure but he has a heart of gold. He has a very strained relationship with Sunsan though, the Guildleader of the Vetraway Guild, due to the latter's occasional heated fits of rage that have a way of affecting Earthsan more than most others.

In later times, however, Ozonesan has fared rather bad, and not due to protecting Earthsan from possible damage. No, instead Earthsan Herself was the cause of severely hurting him in a fit of raged despair. While Ozonesan is vigilant in his duty to protect Her, Earthsan has made a few attempts to make him leave Her for his own good. What if he was hurt too severely? What then? But Ozonesan will hear none of it and has made it abundantly clear he will stay at Her side until the very end.

Show spoiler
Muffed screams from within could be heard all the way out on the street. Luckily, it was in the middle of the night, in one of the more desolated districts of Cericor. Still, the darkness of night caused the light of Aurorasan Borealis to be a bit more noticeable. “You there! What is going on here?”
Earthsan turned around, noticing the lone guard who was walking towards her with a lantern. She grimaced slightly and tried to come up with what to say.
“Ehum…” She cast a quick look towards the light show that came from within. “Aurora Borealis…?”
The guard stopped and looked at her with a baffled face. “Eh..! Aurora Borealis?!” He took a few steps closer. “At this time of year, at this time of day, in this part of the City, localized entirely within that building?”
“Yes…!” Earthsan tried giving him her best smile. Had she sounded too enthusiastically? Maybe? The guard was silent for a second.
“… May I see it?”
Earthsan could not tell if the man was serious or not.
“No.” She deadpanned and faster than the guard could react, she delivered a blow to his head, knocking him out. Quickly, she grabbed him before he fell to the ground, and laid him down carefully against the building instead.
Suddenly, she could hear an explosion go off inside the house, and hear the sound of a rapidly growing fire. What had happened now? Was Ozonesan (and Aurorasan) all well?

Capabilities

Human Sense

Earthsan appears to have a unique affinity to sense humans and is able to tell of their condition. Not only humans who live in the City of Cericor, but supposedly in all of Existence.
It is not known if this was a gift bestowed upon Her by the Architect, or if it was something she was born with. She is able to concentrate her Human Sense to a specific location, be it locally or further away to get a better understanding of the humans who live there.

Vulcanic Skin

Earthsan can cause her skin to become momentarily knotty, stonelike, and dark brown. Most call it Vulcan Skin. When it appears, she is able to materialize lava and hot ash from her limbs that she can use in offensive or defensive manners. She has also learned to use it for practical purposes, like creating buildings or statues.
If she uses a mild version of Vulcan Skin, she is able to fertilize the soil and make the crops grow better. She actually uses this to help the farmers out at the Cericor Valley from time to time.

Air Head

Earthsan is capable of producing strong winds with a mere mental thought. Winds which can be rather destructive if used in an offensive manner.
Interestingly, She always has soft winds circling around Her head that causees Her hair to always look like it is in a soft breeze. She also blames this passive effect on the confused or sleepy state She sometimes gets thrown in.
