Syrua

Plant

Syrua, (Wild Star, elvish,) is a small flower that can be found in forested areas in continental and Mediterranean climates.

Syrua has 1 to 2 cm wide, single white flower that can also appear with a hint of silver, pastel pink, or baby blue. The flower has 6 to 9 petals and has a silvery center that glows dim light, observable in darkness. It has bluish-green leaves in single, otherwise bare steam.

Basic Information

Ecology and Habitats

Typical habitat for syruas is forested areas with the right amount of shade. They can also be found in edges of the forests and close to swaps. The flower also fits surprisingly well in rocky places but doesn't enjoy direct sunlight.

Syrua's tend to be most numerous in areas with underground caves, and can, if needed, even grow on the caves themselves, though close to the entrance. It is widely speculated that the plant is related to plants of the underground.

Biological Cycle

In most areas, syrua flowers during early spring to early summer, though in warmer climates it might survive for longer. The plant hibernates through the winter.
