Town of Starlight Beach lays right outside the city of Moon Terrace, thus is often considered part of the bigger city. For most everyday purposes there is little difference, as the denizens of both Starlight beach and Moon Terrace intermingle very frequently, and might live in one and work in the other.

History

Separation of Starlight Beach from Moon Terrace is relatively recent. In 3674 AoS, Governor of Silver Shores degreed that for increased safety, proper wall was to be built around Moon Terrace, and during this decision it became paramount to make difference what areas would be considered part of the main city.

During this event, some of the buildings around the main city area were erased to make way for the wall. As this happened, the settlements outside of the city moved closer to the beach around western side of the city that was nicknamed as "Starlight Beach". Name would end up sticking to the new, forming extention.
