EDF Charting Operations Division
Despite its unglamorous name, the Charting Operations Division of the Exploration and Defense Fleet is generally considered the most respected division. It is tasked with exploring and charting new regions at the edge of UDSA space, and by extension is also largely responsible for first contacts.
