Regin and Schweir

These are two dwarfs living in the Brillig Zwerghof. They came to speak to Sigisar at the citadel shortly after he and his companions returned from Fallsmar. They seem to have been aware of the promise he made to Prince Laurin to improve the treatment of dwarfs living in his domains. Sigisar promised to speak to their leaders.
The two also brought him a letter from a certain "H", sealed with an image of a doorway. The letter asked to meet in the Zwerghof as well.
Regin is the main spokesperson of the pair.
