Peter of Willmar
Peter was encountered by Narcissa and Kaleb at Willmar, a village in the Bischoffsbaum domains, and in proximity ot Schloss Hirschenwald. He claimed to be a friend of the local notary, a fact he used as leverage to join them as an escord to the castle (apparently hopeful of receiving an audience with the newly-returned Winifred. He then joined the revelers invited to the castle by Reinhard in various debaucheries.
