Alviss

Alviss is a resident of the Wunschau Zwerghof. He seems to be responsible for answering the gate, but also serves as an assistant to Brimir, the compound elder.
He was hired by the party to inspect the crypt underneath the St. Beatus Sacristy to see if a secret portal led to any dwarf-built tunnels underneath. Alviss easily discovered such a portal in the crypt, and identified the tunnel beyond it as dwarf-made. He refused to return to inspect the tunnels any further after the party reported that they contained animated skeletons.
Alviss' age is unclear. He looks old by human standards, but most people are generally aware that dwarfs have much longer lifespans. He is not particularly broad, for a dwarf, standing under four and a half feet. He has short, clever fingers.
