Sivak Captain Gol'rotta,

By order of Sivak Praetora B'lanna, you are hearby summoned to attend the war council summit in the Argentum Bastion in relation to the accusations presented by you against Frostbane. Your testimony is required for the decisions of this council to move forward, as it will be between all fifteen dragonborn clans. Be prepared to present information on their crimes against our kin, and the kin of our fellow dragonborn. This along with intel on their mode of operations, tactics, personel and military structure witnessed firsthand will go far into swaying the other clans to join us. Any physical evidence to present will also be considered, as well as added to recognition of your deeds done in clan name.

Additionally, we welcome Tethys home with open arms and offer whatever we can to fulfill your promise to her. We cordially invite Astrid and Ürsa to attend. We of Clan Sivak would like to express our gratitude and appreciation to them for their part in saving her life. I personally would like to present them a token of honor. As an extention of your duty to report, we also invite Magnus and his Undesirables to corroborate your account of the events that took place in Dugafjord. The clans will also want to meet the team that managed to take down General Arseny Vadima and a detachment of the Frostbane Military.
