Nails of Empterion

Rumors state that the five (un)holy blades know as the Nails of Empterion were forged in the depths of Great Viridium itself by a high priest named Nardorrahn. The sentient blades are all known to possess unholy life draining properties and have since spread across Malatoria from owner to owner, reaping souls for Empterion.
The blades are:
Mordelain: a rapier constructed for use by necromancers. Its life draining power attuned to mages spell casting abilities and made it possible for them to wield her like a master. It was sundered in a battle with champion of Hysterion, Talon Ironstar.
Gorglin: also known as "The Claw of Empterion", this shortsword has the power to steal the soul of its victim with a single stroke. It was last known to be in the possession of a wandering gnome.
Feagurth: this vicious looking dagger seems to shimmer black when attacking its victims from behind. In addition to increasing the probability of hitting the intended victim, its life draining powers deal grievous blows and transfer some of the life essence from the victim to the wielder. Its current location is unknown.
Wraithsoul: the terrible wounds of this midnight black scimitar were said to be unnaturally deep and hard to relieve. On killing blows it is said that this weapon gives its wielder superhuman speed and agility. It was last seen at The Adders Fang in Vicksburg.
