La Flora Rojas

In her heyday, it was said that the special poppies grown by La Flora were able to produce Dreamsmoke of unrivaled quality. She potent was it in fact, that its use ran rampant through the Donneshire Hills until the Elves of The Great Forest interfered and enforced a mandate against poppy production in its entirety.  Refusing to submit to the new elvish law, Flora was eventually banished and lived for many years in the foothills west of the Dragonspire Peaks.   
Many years after her banishment, Flora was discovered by a group of adventurers (led by Battis Hedgecrook) as a prisoner of marauding hill giants.  These adventurers convinced Flora to return to the Donneshire Hills with them, in the hopes that she will impart her "poppy craft" upon them.
Flora is the grandmother of Red Jenny Rojas who owns Rose Red's Green House in Northfarthing.
Flora also has had a past romantic relationship with Lenny Echohorn, who was present when she was rescued.
