Istvan Niculescu

Istvan Niculescu is a member of The Order of the Emerald Eye, a group of assassins from The Womakin Proper devoted to the worship of Empterion and Kilth. Istvan is cursed with a powerful enchantment that causes people to forget that he is in the room and have trouble remembering their interactions with him. It is a curse that he has used to his advantage as a master assassin. Istvan is thought to be the wielder of "Wraithsoul" one of the Nails of Empterion.
