Garen

Settlers to this east/central region of the Shetsarim Confederates originally planted their town at the edge of the Garenwood forest and began work as loggers and carpenters. Since much of the land in the Shetsarim Confederates is unforested, demand for the lumber in the Garenwood was and remains to be, very high. Making mutually beneficial arrangements with the the Miners of Brecklemine and the Farmers of Talldria has kept them in relative peace with their neighbors. As their skill and notoriety grew however, so did demand for their product and they eventually moved the main population to the southwest where the land was more conducive to agriculture, naming this town New Garen.
Since that time, Garen has converted almost entirely to a logging camp.

Industry & Trade

Garen has frequent shipments of timber which it exports to places around the Shetsarim Confederates.
