Official Lone Wolf Events

The many township and settlement leaders engage in a long and bloody civil ware in Bhanar. This war kills as much as 28% of the population before Autarch Sejanoz comes to power and seizes control of the country.

The fighting spilled over into other countries, with factions within Chai joining in raids along the Bhanar border, and the field of Lissan being used to stage attacks and sorties.

The Sunstone, developed by Shasarak , is manipulated by the theocracy of Taklakot and tragically fails.  It inflicts untold ecological horror on the land of Taklakot  and results in teh death of thousands.

Shasarak alone survived this cataclysm, but his magic wards were insufficent to fully protect him. The blast from the Sunstone ripped away his flesh, tore the muscles from his bones, ravaged his arms and legs. The light of the blast half-blinded him; the pain of it fractured his mind. He was the sole creature to crawl from this new wasteland that would be labelled Desolation Valley, but he was a creature now ruined and pitiful

Darklord Vashna perfects the ritual necessary to create scores of Helghasts. He creates an army of helghasts and they launch a war against Sommerlund.

During the course of the war, Kai presents the Sommerswerd to the king of Sommerlund. With that in hand, the Sommlending realize that magical weapons can injure the helghasts, and begin production.

The tide of the war changes, and helghasts are chased back to the Darklands.

In MS 4660, Shasarak struck out against the Kundi . Being unable to find them, he razed the forests of Lara to the ground and using ancient magics rendered the land incapable of supporting life.

The Kundi fled to Azanam and remain there today.

Darklord Zagarna, conspiring with Vonotar , attacks Sommerlund and the Kai Monastery slaying all of the Kai Lords except for Lone Wolf .

Flight from the Dark, Book #1

In MS 5054, the Vassagonian renegade Barraka invaded and occupied Ruanon . Barraka had been given the Dagger of Vashna by Teakkro, and was attempting to revive Vashna in a ritual: The sacrifice of Madelon Vanalund, daughter of Baron Oren Vanalund and descendant of King Ulnar I, using the Dagger of Vashna, during a full moon near the Maakengorge . This plot was foiled by Lone Wolf, who slew Barraka, saved Madelon, and took the Dagger of Vashna.

Lone Wolf falls into a shadow gate into the Daziarn, during the siege of Torgar. This event signals the failure of Lone Wolf 's quest to recover the Lorestones of Nyxator.

At the behest of Lencia, Lone Wolf ventures into Ixia and confronts Ixiataaga. Using the Sommerswerd, Lone Wolf prevails and Ixiataaga dies a final death.
