The Fall of the Council of Light

Era beginning/end

The Empress disbanded the Council of Light and founded her new Numian Empire.

The Council of Light was a circle of 3 mages, who ruled over the city of Lux. They were apparently devout followers of Aerin, but grew complacent over time. The Eternal Empress decided enough was enough, and disbanded the council. The mages could not compete with the Empress' power, as she was truly blessed by Aerin. After the council disbanded the Empress took over their duties in ruling Lux.   To announce the change, the city was renamed Sedem Lux, the Seat of Light, from which the light would spread further until it would touch everyone. An so, the Numian Empire was born.
