After arriving in Adanum the party made their way to the
The Wolfden to get some rest and catch up with
Birdy, who was surprised to hear of the presence of a dragon. She also did not relish the thought of being stuck under the dome with a dragon.
The rest of the day was spent exploring the town and taking care of business. Cap delivered the small wooden box to the Praetur of
Adanum, a very suspicious character, who brushed off any reports of a dragon. He also did not seem very keen on being threatened. He handed over the promised reward for delivering the box, but the Praetur and the party did not part on the best of terms.
Xendros and the group, however, seemed to have parted on very good terms. The party managed to grab a whole range of goodies from the shop, among them a flying carpet, and all for the lowly price of a pair of old shackles, that used to belong to
Stolk Ogolakanu.
Their last encounter of the day was with Silvio, a reclusive wizard. Silvio used to be a Gray Robe, but he had a falling out with the Praetur of Adanum. Since then he turned to alcool to drown his sorrows. As such the party's encounter with him was not quite what they expected. Silvio was mostly just looking for his next fix. Nonetheless, he shared some of his knowledge with the group. His theory about the barrier being related to three ancient towers spread across the island. He noted it would be worth investigating, even though all the towers are located in ennemy territory. Additionnally, he also divulged some information about Filipe, the alchemist who with the help of the Drow managed to construct a mansion out in the jungle.
