Elias Harmon (a.k.a. Erebus)
Erebus is the father of Jessi Freyman, and grandfather of Magnus Freyman. He is the current leader of The Children of Erebus that resides in Lochmoor.
He was murdered along with other high ranking members of the cult by Magnus, due to the death of the latter's mother.
