Unnamed Neven organization

A religious group within Neven society that maintains and watches over several technological remnants from the pre-Cataclysm world. Maybe it's a different form of Trusik Prisms , a prototype from before the fall, something else perhaps. It needs to be a tool of some kind, maybe a weapon, and I think probably they're passed down to selected members of some kind of order within their society. I think everyone entrusted with one is expected to decorate it in some way, make it their own, so it's like a modular laser rifle that's been etched by a hundred generations of craftspeople.
