The Haemirians are a group of humans that settled in the Haemirian lands, they are the descended of the Dragon Cultists that once lived here in service of the Dragon Empire of Drakis. They are a proud people, not to keen on outsiders. They have a history of treating such foreigners as lower lifeforms.
