History
A kingdom found about a hundred years after the age of dragons ended. It was formed by dragon cultists that used to serve the empire of Drakis. For many ages, a monarchy formed by those cultists ruled over the Sea of Sand, until it border with the southern jungle, the hills and Drylands of the west, and northern region Frostborn beyond the mountains.
For its early years, its inhabitants were various dragonborn nomads, Humans.
Eventually, in the year 1530, the great city of Hemenor closed itself off from the world and became better known as "the forbidden city", where only those of noble blood live. In reality this was the moment that the Yuan-ti usurped power in the kingdom. Their hatred for the dragons runs deep, which is why they started the purge within a year after. A hideous moment in their history where they systematically killed off almost all of the Dragonborn clans and dragons (though rumour has it that one copper clan, managed to escape by heading into the wild hills of the south). As a response to this atrocity, the silver and white clans of the north declared the Frostborn rebellion of independence. Which they won.
In the year 1571, a great drought struck the land and it has continually suffered from it for the past year.
