Yuri's Mount

This is a huge, bogatyr's warhorse that Yuri summoned in the Cave of the Sleeping Bogatyrs. He traveled along the right path from a doomstone in the cave which, according to Agapia, was the way a bogatyr went if he were looking for a horse. Yuri gave a loud whistle, and the magnificent roan came trotting up to him. It was pursued by a pack of dire wolves, who were driven off. In the chamber beyond, there was a horse statue with a hollow torso, but its relationship to Yuri's horse was unknown.  
The horse is new, but Yuri has been able to perform one outstanding feat on it so far. He stood on its back, hoisted [Lokan on his shoulders, and then raised him so he could reach a pair of precious metal ladles suspended form the ceiling that proved to be very important in the completion of the Serpent Slayers' quest in that location.
Yuri dismissed the horse prior to crossing the rope bridge stretching across the pit of bones, where a three-headed serpent used to live. But he called it back when the party was headed out of the caves, and subsequently rode of on it toward Omena, with Svetlana and Mira in tow.
