Vasyl' Mikhalovych

Vasyl' is the voevoda of Liutovitsa, having been appointed to this position by Prince Dmytro Mstislavovich of Vyshemila.  
Vasyl', appears to be unpopular among the populace on account of his alleged corruption and cowardice. Hegumen Terentii in particular accused him of fecklessness in the face of Kochmak raiders, and his likelihood of fleeing town or even conspiring with them. 
At a town assembly where Ivan and Alena spoke out in favor of defending the city and castigated the local authorities, the city watch and other armed men attacked the speakers, and drove them from Assembly Square.
