Tsibulka Tsibulkovich
Tsibulka Tsibulkovich is the owner of one of the two taverns in Lazarevo. He is proud of the fact that his establishment has remained independent of the monastery's control. He takes pride in his village and family, though likes to keep to himself when not working.
Tsibulka's tavern has a secret tunnel from its cellar to Crows' Meadow Warren. Plamen knows this, having used it on various occasions. He does not know why the tunnel is there, however.
Tsibulka is a young man of 20, having inherited the tavern from his recently deceased father (also Tsibulka). He has some skill as a singer and musician.
He is probably still operating the tavern in Lazarevo.
