Texem

This town in the widespread lighter forests growing in transition between the Hills of Edi and the Meadows of Edi is the nation's center of textile production. In these forests vast fields of Areami are growing, due to this food production here has also grown as Torami grow on Areami.

This largely influences the appearance of the town, almost everywhere long sheets of fabric in different states of processing are hanging in the sun to dryor bleach. It makes the town wonderfully colourful, as the residents of Texem like to use the fabric as decoration too. The sweet scent of cooked Areami announces the city when you come close. This is done to clean the material for further steps.

Many reknown Imprus, Vesrus and Arsrus are living here at the source of their material and produce scriptures, clothing and art in contracts for the whole nation. Almost every scroll in the libraries of Lucem Edi are made here or by Lucemi that were called to Lucem due to their precise workings to work for the The Council or The Council's Guild. One of the biggest honor a mask of said vocations can earn is being chosen as Tabrus, thus most of them are chosen from this city.

Every season of collecting Areami is introduced by the end of Torami gathering season. A huge festivity where the best workings of the various craftsmen are presented falls together with Cibtum, which results in it being the most lovely place to celebrate it besides Lucem.

Due to it's central place in Lucem Edi it has also become a point of trade and logistic distribution aside Lucem. A lot of infrastructure for this already grew from itself due to the natural resources around and so Texem has become the second largest city in our nation. I have spent quite some time there to let my workings be written down.
