Destiny Spirits

Little is known about the rare and elusive Destiny Spirits. Supposedly they reside within the plane of light, but are seperate from light elementals. But in terms of where they came from, why they exist, and what their true goals are? little is known. They are, however, considered the Antithisis of Doom Spirits, though Destiny Spirits are much fewer in number.

Destiny Spirits often hold unnaturally vast magical power that seems somewhat apart from traditional magic, though they tend to limit how much they use drastically. Usually this manifests as powerful Light and healing magics, but according to some of them, they are capable of much more. Interestingly, their energies seem to be similar to those as Celestials, though Celestials will admit even they know very little, despite working with them occasionally.

Anatomy

Destiny Spirits tend not to act in their true form, or even fully in person at all. Why they choose this is yet unknown, as they are not subject to the same limitations as their doom counterparts. Usually, they will leave destiny energy in the world to enact what changes they need, which augments things with their power much like corruptive doom energy. However, Destiny energy is far more restorative and helpful, and there are no reccords of anything like a counterpart to Void Disease, often cleansing dire maladies instead and functioning as a solid counteragent. They prefer to grant heroic individuals this measure of power in the form of this energy, leaving them to handle what tasks they need, and guiding said heros occasionally to perform said tasks.

On occasion however, they posess items like doom spirits in desperate scenarios. These tend to be very temporary arrangements.

Behaviour

Destiny spirits tend to avoid conversation, at most giving quests to their charges. They tend to be very secretive, but act for the good of the world. Those who have taken their quests have often saved the world from dire threats, even if they die in the course of doing so. These heroes are remembered for ages to come.
