Achraf Hamadi (Born 2108) was the leader of the Cinuan Colonial Authority from its inception until 2197. Hamadi was the Commanding Officer of the CS Cinu, the colony ship that brought the first settlers to Cinu.
Born on Earth at the turn of the 22nd century, Hamadi was part of the early Expeditionary Corps, navigating and exploring nearly star systems. In 2245, he retired his commission in favour of joining the Lordanian Expedition, where he served as Commanding Officer of the CS Cinu. A well respected leader, Hamadi helped to ease tensions between colonists, and negotiated the first democratic elections for the newly created government. Despite being Commanding Officer, and thus technically having the power to suspend any political action, he chose to support and assist the civilian administration as much as he possibly could. Following the transition from colonial government to planetary government, Hamadi chose to retire in the newly founded city of Diade, where he remained the rest of his life. He died of old age in 2219.
