Okli (Oakley)
Okli grew up in Hornswoggle, under Virescent's regime. Even in a town where the very skyline looks like prison bars he had hope for a better future. One where even the smallest kobold could grow up to be a councilor of dragons. But perhaps they would have to convince the greatwyrms they revered like gods.
The new world was built on the land of dragon lairs, and because kobolds already naturally flocked to those grounds they took on the role of builders. There's a branch of Kobold Construction in every city in the New World, a network -- if you will, one with its own goals.
The Bog Bottom Boys first encountered Okli at Mickey Feasts, when he and his fellow Kobolds were jumped by the Redbands. Okli was kidnapped by Rhys and taken to be questioned. He was last seen in the hands of Crimson Masters himself.
Okli (pronounced like "Oakley"), originally from Hornswoggle, was visiting other Kobolds in Antiquity when he was kidnapped by the Redbands.
