Charlet
This bustling metropolis is the Capital of the Kingdom of Audemar, and home to the King's Palace. A smaller island nestled between two arms of the great Isle of Audemar, the Palace and the city that sprawls beneath it take up the entirety of the island's landmass.
The Island is connected to the Audemar "mainland" and to the tip of the Reach to the south by a series of massive bridges. These bridges are heavily guarded with several checkpoints that visitors and citizens alike must pass through in order to actually reach the city. The bridges are also enchanted so that with a simple command word from the King they will sink them into the depths of the water, sealing Charlet off and protecting it from invasion.
