Wu Zibai to Zhang Fengzhe

This letter, written by Wu Zibai, head of the Baoyu Sect, outlines his reaction to the appearance of Lin Yueshan and Dai Mingyu, and what their appearance could mean to their world. And especially to his own plans to control the other sects using economic power and trading on his resources. The letter, which was supposed to be secret, was sent by private messenger to Zhang Fengzhe, leader of the Kuobeihai Sect.

Wu Zibai to Zhang Fengzhe

To Zhang Fengzhe, Kuobeihai-zongzhu:
Have you yet heard of the appearance of the two persons who were found in Dianzhou, in the territory of the Haonan Sect? The ones who claim to be from a world different from ours?
According to what I have heard, they say that they were transported here by a jade relic, wrapped in steel, that was found in what they call Sanxingdui - which is inside the Forbidden Zone. One among my people has obtained a drawing of this relic, and it seems to resemble - very much - the painting done by the Dakangpingbao Sect of the relic they sent to find ones who may be able to close Moliliexia.
The difficulty connected to that, of course, is that should Moliliexia be closed, things will change - we will not be receiving the energies we do now that allow for the growth and power of the wild ginseng, the goji, the wild ginger, and Yinguo.
So, too, will the need for Cultivators decrease, which will in turn decrease the need for and power of our sects. We must do something about this.
It appears that the Haonan Sect may have taken the two strangers under their protection.
