House Gensinh (Háuzi Guensin)
House Gensinh is a monster hunter noble family that has been living in Rockvar for centuries. The legendary God-Woken Theodor Van Gensinh, a hero of Amled's War Against the Living, is part of this family.

History
The Gensinh house was born with Bernard Van Gensinh, an ancient Ancestors of Donathar monster hunter. He sold his sword to lords who had the money to pay for his services. He first got his fame on the day he killed a couple of griffins that were ravaging The Red Lands in the year 765 BBE. Lord Dante Lirumort, the one who has hired Bernard to kill the beasts, spread the Gensinh name across Rockvar. After some years, he also offered the hero his daughter's Briselda hand in marriage. Shortly after the death of Dante, Bernard became owner of the castle Ferelden and Lord of the Red Lands.
Time passed and the Gensinh monster hunter family became more and more known. Calls for help came from the four corners of Lindrinor, until one day the Order of the Eagle got in touch. They owned churches across the continent and were also aware of the needs of the local lords. For many decades after that, House Gensinh has had much of its services and missions thanks to Ravinus, the Wielder of Light's order.
The bond between the two organizations became even greater in the year 12 BBE, when Cristopher Van Gensinh, son of Edgar Van Gensinh, married one of the Order's most prestiged champion, Meredith, the Dawning Light. The marriage united the Gensninh family with the church of Ravinus by giving the Order a chair at the house's triangular table. At this three-cornered table sat the lord of Ferelden, usually the eldest Gensinh, Uzogael , the mage of the house, and a high priest of Ravinus.
Today the house's renown has reached the all corners of the world, and commoners and kings recognize the role of the Gensinh family in protecting the living against the forces of evil and chaos. During Amled's War Against the Living, the Gensinh House was led by Trevor Van Gensinh and, when he died in the Dor-Bemar Ilemthril Battle , his daughter, Theodora Van Gensinh, took his place as head of the family.
