Draknathborn

Basic Information

Anatomy

These dragonborns look like a lot more to dinosaurs than to dragons. Having evolved in a very different region to the other species of dragonborns, they are quite different. Their skulls are longer and wider, having a bigger jaw as a consequence. Plus, they exhibit a wide variety of colors throughout their bodies, instead of just one. Furthermore, some of them have feathers instead of scales.

Civilization and Culture

History

• (Ancient Draconic Empires, 4 mi ya) - During the years of the Ancient Draconic Empire, the Draknathborns were the most dominant species inside the Nathdom Empire. They ruled all over Ralbun Island and were very close related to the Draknaths that lived in the island, having domesticated some of their species. 
• (The Species' Curse) - Like all Dragonkin that lived in the island, the Draknathborns were affected by Amled's Petrifying Curse and turned into stone. They stayed like this for millions of years (most of them were destroyed by then), but they've returned as a consequence of Rashmar, the Hungry, creating his Crater.
• (Present Day) - During the last few centuries, most members of this species have been living in Sauriandalia
