Cinilia

The Jewel of the Niccarran republic, Cinilia is the seat of power within the country, the veritable beating heart of it's commerce and trade.
Home to the Caten, the Senate and Governers, the City holds host to some of the greatest artists of our time. Many flock here to earn in the chance to learn from the best and brightest of our age, so long as they are willing to pay for it.

Due to it being situated before a great forest and flanked by mountains, Cinilia has never seen conflict since the events that unified Niccarro, though not for lack of trying on the part of any would be invaders.

Government

All rules, regulations and issues are brought forth and drafted by the Governers. The Governers then bring these matters to the Senators, who then debate and go over the matters themselves. Once they are agreed, it is sent on for approval by the Caten, who recieves final say in the matter.

Defences

While Cinilia enjoys a great deal of natural fortification, the city is still protected by a great many walls, each one dividing off each expansion of the city, allowing five rungs of the city in total. A substatinal standing force patrols and protects it at all times.
