Ravenhand Pirates

Smugglers and pirates based out of Rimeshore in Valana, where they go by the moniker The Ravenhand Company. When operating in the northern Pearlgulf they use Ebonwich as a forward operating base. They had seemingly rescued Malach and others from Rivertide during the Elven/Human Conflict Instigation. They had fell upon hard times, having a their ship scuttled during a big storm followed by being attacked by monsters when taking shelter, taking heavy losses to the crew. They have since had the Winddrift repaired and welcomed Malach aboard as their new Ship's Mage and are operating again.

Structure

Captain voted in by the crew and positions appointed by the Captain.

Payment Structure

45gp per month while operating, 20gp per month if not operating When there are profits, 50% go to ship funds, while the rest is divided amongst the crew: -1.75 shares for the Captain -1.5 shares for the First Mate, Ship's Mage -1.25 shares for the Bosun, other Mates, skilled positions -1 share for all others
