VEG
The largely lawless solar system VEG is home to many of the Librea Clouds criminal factions. Known as a stop for gamblers, theives, those looking for cheap good and cheaper labor. The system has 9 planets, four of them sustain life (if barely) and all of them are a good place to get mugged.
History
The VEG system is the farthest from the central system RO, therefore the hardest for The Crown to manage. After contact was made on all habitable planets in the Librea Cloud, the king's advisors suggested that it would not be likely anyone would desire to live full time on the harsh and strange planets in the VEG system. So, a single Chaphine colony was established as well as a military space terminal set into orbit around Scion 9 and the system was left to it's own devices for many major cycles. After a while, the criminal families, the poor and the downtrodden settled in, knowing this would be the place to be the least watched by the crown or the military.
Tourism
No one visits VEG for fun. Unless they're a gambling addict.
