Coliseum of Ages

The Coliseum of Ages (officially the Makeb Coliseum) is a blood sport amphitheatre in Tokyo City. It is one of the most notable venues for ShineSlice sports, and the largest legal venue on Libertas. The Coliseum was constructed in E2.Y415, following the rising popularity of ShineSlice combat and its legalisation two years previously.

Architecture

The Coliseum is built in 5th century modernist style. It has a minimalist design, that emphasises the sweeping angles of its four triangular, outwards arched walls. The construction uses Pastelcrete, with colour changing nano technology. The arena is constructed, like most Tokyo buildings, with an anchor into the ice planes above. It is built in the 4th quadrant of Tokyo City.
