Heyfield
Heyfield is a small town located in Southern Redrille.
Built upon a raised plateau sticking off the side of a mountain and rising above the Gold Forest. In the past it's been used as a military base against foreign aggression and a staging point for counter-offensives. Twenty years ago it was used as such during the 3-Year War with Larc. After the war it saw a heavy amount of soldiers and mercenaries settling in it and boosting its population.
In recent years the local adventuring guild The Northern Lights has come to prominence as a major facet of the town.
A major Necromancer attack in 1207 left the town devastated with 50% casualties and a further 25% leaving town after the incident, dropping the population from 4,000 to a mere 1,000.
