Minan triumvirate member of the Dometown Transitional Authority.
He is more commonly called Chief Elder and is the Minan Elder actively involved with the Dometown Transition negotiations. He has emerged as one of the main voices of the Minan Elders. He previously deferred heavily to Adollo but relies significantly upon the counsel of Nora, head of MIT.
