Resoni Interstellar Network

The Resoni Interstellar Network is the group of star systems which were inhabited by the Resoni (or Reasoning Beings) and is the original spacefaring group of peoples which inhabited Home. It was a federation of more than two hundred worlds of T3 capacity who operated stargates, incredibly large interstellar portals capable of near-instantaneous transportation of ultramassive vessels over vast distances. The Great Disconnect shut down the stargate at @Home, severing them from the RIN.
