The Black Bear

The Black Bear is an inn on the edge of the Old Town of Soane. It is the largest still-operating inn of the city.

Purpose / Function

The Black Bear offers guests food, drink and a place to stay, thereby serving the purpose of any good inn.

Architecture

It is a large town house built from stone and timber. Unlike most other houses in Soane, any wooden parts on the house, such as beams, doors and window frames are painted black. The roof is slated like most of the other roofs in the city, but using a particularly dark variety of the material, keeping with the theme of the Black Bear of Urtheon.
