Kaldonia
Kaldonia encompasses most of northern Yor. The land is bordered by the Amygdalos Mountains to the west and north, the Rhodus Mountains to the east, the Trahdian Sea to the southeast, and the Zenyth Mountains to the south. The climate is temperate with distinct seasons and mild temperatures. The rain falls heaviest during the spring and summer, often flooding the longest river of Kaldonia — the Aksiós. A thick emerald forest blankets rugged hills. The land is rich with fir, pine, oak, and cedar. Olive, cypress, and laurel trees can be found in warmer temperatures along the southern coast.
Population
There are about 2.5 million humans living in Kaldonia, primarily along the Trahdian coast and the lower River Aksiós. 90% of the population lives in rural farming villages. The remaining 10% of the population is concentrated in various city-states and surrounding towns.
