Thastralos

Thastralos is a large , remote village located in central Kaldonia, along River Evros which merges with River Aksiós farther west. The settlement subsists on local farming and trade between the cities of Seraphon (to the north) and Megaros (to the south). In the spring, merchant caravans from the south make their way north along the riverways, returning home in the autumn.

Thastralos is one of many waypoints along the riverways, but is far enough away from larger settlements to afford it greater independence from demanding lords and other aristocrats.
