Civilization and Culture
Naming Traditions
They prefer harsh consonants in their language as a whole, and their names reflect this with more consonants than vowels.
Beauty Ideals
They love patterns on their scales. Those with little to no markings are not seen as ugly, but very plain. They tend to wear makeup or have a large number of tattoos to make up for their markings.

Common Etiquette Rules
Sometimes crass and always to the point, they're very informal and comfortable with others. They're social beings, and their mannerisms reflect this in their constant need for physical contact.
Common Dress Code
They're reptilian, not mammalian. Unless it's winter, none of them wear closed shirts or dresses. Their lower halves are covered, nothing more. This is seen as normal, and no one bats an eye at it.
History
They're believed to have come from under the mountains, born to Pianes. Despite this, they have short lives and small frames.
