The formation of the largest Elvish civilization.

Ghei Wyl, which still stands today, was the first notable elvish settlement. Built around the cusp of Silse's eastern mountain range surrounded by a delta to the east and a lake to the west, it was a well defensible position with good soil and deposits of building materials. Thanks to the communal and kind nature of elves, the civilization would only grow as any wanderers were accepted with open arms.   So far as the legends say, the elves built a beautiful city to care for their own and defend against the legendary Constructs, which regularly tormented the denizens of Silse. While no records exist of mortals interacting with constructs, stories were passed from generation to generation of the battles brought on by the elemental beasts at the foot of Ghei Wyl.   As years passed, the city grew larger than any modern settlement, though it would eventually be razed back by the Hailen Ryr. For its relatively short existence, it was as close to a utopia as any elf could hope for, and is still considered a holy land for many.
