Ghei Wyl
Ghei Wyl was supposedly the most "massive civilization" to ever exist, but this is generally considered an overexaggeration. While its size was likely considerable, it probably wasn't as large as Nim or even Poueir. Ghei Wyl marked the end of nomadic life for (most) elves and saw a plethora of technological advancements.
This town was the first place to employ water wheels for grinding, which were far ahead of their time. Unfortunately, a large portion of the people within Ghei Wyl would fall victim to the Hailen Ryr which resulted in a mass exodus. Some people still remain there to this day, but it is not recognized by the Kingdom of Nim.
While Ghei Wyl attempted to reach out to Nim for assistance when human colonists were invading, Riyael declined, saying "Even the colonists recognize my rule more than you. One who joins only in their own time of need is a poison to the people."
The invading humans, who have set their eyes on Ghei Wyl, call it Wheelton. This is a result of a mistranslation of the original name, meaning "Mill Town."
