Augury Removes Eldurgrund Military Ban, Allows Fire Magic Research

The conclusion of Eldurgrund's military ban, though it would later return.

After having its military revoked due to complicated history with the Saltkrigere and refusing to assist in the overthrow of Shellbay, Eldurgrund made efforts to regain the trust of the Augury. Unfortunately, their intense history of conflict made them a difficult people to trust. This would prove to be a problem in distant years, but as the Augurs saw no conflict from Eldurgrund in the foreseeable future, they concluded that it would be best to improve relations through trust.   While the change would improve relations for the time being, the continuation of fire magic research bolstered Eldurgrund's respect for their subjugators. The Monastic Order of the Eldursteries, while allowed to exist under the Saltkrigere Empire, had been stripped of any and all cultural significance. All that was allowed to flourish for centuries was their recorded history, but with this change, the order would be reinvigorated as a cultural center for the Elduri people.
