Vhou Riyael Calls Emergency Meeting with Allies

The meeting in which Vhou discussed the alliance of the Western Pillars, and that everyone should be ready for war.

While no official actions had been taken by The Western Pillars, Vhou knew of their alliance. He gathered a meeting with the following groups, finalizing their unification as well:   Vhou Riyael and the forces of the River Kingdom of Nim   Fjordstrond and its Baron, whose name was lost to history.   Jerborg (tagged as Augur's End, which would fight on behalf of Eldurgrund   Shellbay, who would mostly assist with their Saltkrigere spies and fleets.   Gullivegur, who housed many of the Tara-Jhen that had submitted to the humans.   Tara-Jhen forces that arrived at Gullivegur after losing the Quai   Kala and their J'barri forces   Roja, which donated their firemagic forged weapons.   Paele Haerehel, who set up blockades across the Backhand to keep Eyiliv from traversing to the East.
