The successful defense of Jerborg by Caripreet against Eldurgrund when the latter attempted to repossess their old colony.

With their eyes set on empire, Eldurgrund decided that the easiest first step would be to reclaim Jerborg. Assuming the citizens would gladly bend the knee to a greater power, the platoon was shocked to find that Caripreet had claimed the town for themselves. The soldiers would make camp after a short diplomatic conversation with the duke of Jerborg, where they sent a letter back to Euvurcrest for more orders in this unorthodox situation.   Seemingly underestimating what Jerborg had become, their baron commanded the platoon to take the town. An attempt was made by all by the Eldur Knight in command, who made a retreat. The soldiers were either killed or captured, and Caripreet would soon celebrate the victory against the "legendary" Eldurgrund military. Hoping to stave off the impending second attack, two hundred soldiers were sent to Jerborg. During their wait for another attack, the bold baron planned a subsequent march on Euvurcrest.   Caripreet was certain that their plan would carve a path for new land and resources. The baron and his council had no expectation that a battalion 500 hundred strong (with 12 Eldur Knights) was marching directly on the city of Caripreet itself.
