Formation of the Griarvarsi

Founding

The formation of the Griarvarsi, an organization built specifically for the purpose of hunting Aufalten.

The Griarvarsi, an elite order formed at the request of the Augurs, was built for the purpose of hunting Aufalten after Vestergil had warned that they should be eliminated. Several individuals were selected for this job, with descendants of Eldur Knights and Saltkrigere Paladins being particularly valued. These individuals received unparalleled training, but many believe that their source of skill and prowess was unnatural. Upon their oaths of fealty were sworn and the individuals were trained, they would set out on their hunt, with all 50 being sent after one at a time.   The Augury decided to target those that had already proved problematic, with Erengel, the Darklight at the forefront.
