The Shuckers

The Shuckers were one of the Ettermiddag raider organizations. They mostly inhabited the temperate regions of Eastern Trinen and were known to terrorize the lower class without the option of joining their rank (like the Cult of Verivem or Snowhammers may have allowed).
 Their namesake comes from their proclivity towards popping the skullcaps of their victims. Some even rumored that they would consume the brains straight from their heads, as you would an oyster. While they terrorized the villages outside of Shellbay for some time, and dominated the territory along the corkend peninsula, they were eventually cut down by the Saltkrigere paladins.
The people of the separatist kingdom still speak of the creatures to this day, and often refer to those that they deem as "Savages" as shuckers today.
