Hallitus (Hah-lee-tuss)

Hallitus was a theoretical term coined soon after the Rise of the Augury . The concept supposed that under extreme conditions, it was not outside the realm of possibility that a single ruler would have to operate the newly formed government as the empires of old. As of birth of the era "Nammidag," hallitus has only been invoked once; this occurence was brought on my the assassination of the Augurs, leading exectuive power within the Augury in the sole hands of one consul.
