Creation of the Onyxprism

Technological achievement

The dragon born were the inventors of ships which could withstand the dangers of Arcane flux. Shraenire ordered his first dragon born follower to build one of these ships and under his instruction he succeeded in the task, with the help of the other founding followers of the new order over nine months, creating The Onyxprism.

Airships were invented after the split by the dragon born but even after the Skyrider crashed on the continent of Tonkir nobody outside of Zaquii knew how to get an airship safely through areas of high Arcane flux. Shraenire ordered one of the three founders of the new shadow legion, who was a dragon born, to design a ship which could travel to the Blade of Shraenire, plunged into the Darklands. It took nine months for the three founders of the new shadow legion to build the giant Onyxprism , a huge airship made of black crystal which could withstand high levels of Arcane flux. Following the orders of Shraenire, they flew the finished ship to the Blade of Shraenire as he had directed.
